      FOUR OAKS Capital is a national real estate investment firm, specializing in the acquisition, re-positioning, and rebranding of multifamily assets through a private equity fund structure. The firm acquires mismanaged, under-performing and/or undervalued off-market assets, then re-positions these properties through operational efficiencies, moderate to extensive renovations and complete rebranding.  Our goal is to create a truly passive income stream for our investor's long-term wealth.

       

      The process is simple; we identify a property that aligns with our desired metrics, we put the property under contract and get started with an extensive due diligence program to validate all financials and assumptions.  If we're satisfied, we open the opportunity to our investor base. We close on the property, begin renovations and get our teams and systems implemented.  Distributions are paid on a quarterly basis.  Each investment is structured as an unique LLC, with investors owning shares proportional to their monetary investment.  This is a tangible asset, free from the volatility of the market, that is ripe with tax benefits.
